Our Quality Management System (QMS) is a part of the “we Care” core values of DMC, and is one of the various management system deployed to make sure that our services/Products comply with Client Expectations.
To function effectively, we identify and manage numerous linked activities using resources that transform inputs into outputs i.e. processes. We manage numerous processes either as standalone, or where the output from one process from the input to the next process. An advantage of the process approaches is the ongoing control that it provides over the linkage between the individual processes as well as control over their combination and interaction.
